Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has declared the launch of its its Internet TV channel. The PTI’s new channel is dubbed as ‘Insaf TV.’ PTI’s purpose of setting out internet TV
is to get a number of audience, setting out internet TV is to get a
number of audience, which they are unable to get during prime time
shows.
PTI is facing lack of resources to vie with the majority of the political parties
currently in power, including Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).The social media head of PTI, Imran Ghazali said that the initiative of Insaf TV is cost effective and it would be a better way to deliver their message across the people.The people or party members living inside and outside the country will be able to take advantage of this Insaf TV. The channel will broadcast the party announcements, upcoming events and updates. The content on the channel focuses on the video messages of PTI’s second tier leadership, also recordings of the party’s public meetings, rallies and documentaries created as a part of their election campaign.
The content of the Insaf TV will be multilingual. Currently the broadcasting of the content will be in Urdu but they will also focus on regional languages.
Misbah Khalid, a former television personality, has been assigned as the part of the editorial board. He will be responsible for content creation on the channel. More
