Musharraf to undergo Physical Remand

Prevez Musharraf is to undergo physical remand till 30^th April. Today,  Musharraf has been taken in Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi. The ATC has ordered his physical remand to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) till 30^th April in Benazir Bhutto assassination case. FIA requested the ATC to issue orders for
the physical custody of Musharraf and Judge Chaudhry Habib-ur-Rehman accepted the FIA’s request. Musharraf will re-appear in court on 30^th April for next proceedings.

Musharraf is charged with planning the murder of former prime minister Bhutto, who died in a gun and suicide attack in December 2007.More News
